USA Basketball 3x3 National Tournament Qualifying Tournaments
Friday, August 5, 4:00pm-8:00pm & Saturday, August 6, Championship Games

Last year for the first time, ONG Hoopla held four qualifying tournaments - a Men's Open, Women's Open, Men's U18 & Women's U18 - for the USA Basketball 3x3 National Tournaments held at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. By entering one of these four special divisions at ONG Hoopla, you have a chance to earn a spot in the 3x3 national championship event run by USA Basketball. Winners of each of these USA Basketball divisions are responsible for their own travel to Colorado, but once they get there they are hosted, fed, given gear and have an opportunity to win a 3x3 national championship, which would earn that team a fully-paid trip to the FIBA 3x3 World Championships. In 2016, there were only 12 men's qualifying teams and 8 women's qualifying teams competing for the Open and U18 crowns. Games are exciting and fun, played under FIBA rules that incluse a :12 second shot clock and continual play after made baskets. Game times in the Men's and Women's Open divisions will be made post-5:00pm wherever needed, requested and possible.
